What are the features of the VA-6000T Sensor/Transmitter? The VA-6000T Sensor / Transmitter is really a 2-in-1 device that can can be triggered by:
- PIR (motion sensor) OR
- Triggered by an external device
The SW2 switch (item "C" in the diagram) comes set from the factory in the ON position. With the switch in the ON position, the Sensor / Transmitter is triggered by the PIR motion sensor.
When the SW2 switch is in the OFF position the PIR motion sensor is deactivated. The only way to trigger the transmitter is through an external device connected to contact block J1 (item "D" in the diagram).
Voice Alert's VA-6000T is the only Sensor/Transmitter that offers this level of functionality.
